In 1993 Adam became the owner and director of a small carpet cleaning
business called VCRS Ltd. Adam formally sat on the board
of directors of the National Carpet Cleaners Association and current
is a member of the UK Advisory Council of the IICRC. He is an
instructor in the industry and undertakes consultancy and carpet
inspection work. With over 10 years experience and a commitment
to training and development of his own personal knowledge and
his company's, Adam is quite an expert.

Paul’s experience has been built up over the past thirty years in the carpet cleaning industry. Paul has been past President of the NCCA and is the former Chairman of the British Cleaning Council. Paul is currently serving as IICRC’s Chairman of the Board and also Chairman of the IICRC UK Advisory Council. In all these roles Paul has one aim to continue to improve the standards of teaching and education in our industry.
Keith Robertson (Monkland Cleaning Services)
Keith has been in the floor care industry for 30 years delivering
an up-market service covering the Edinburgh area. Keith is currently
serving on the board of the NCCA as the Training Director. He
teaches hard floor cleaning and is working towards becoming the
first IICRC approved instructor for “Stone, Masonry & Tile Care”
in the UK.
