Adam formally sat on the board of directors of the National Carpet Cleaners Association and current is a member of the UK Advisory Council of the IICRC. He is an instructor in the industry and undertakes consultancy and carpet inspection work. With over 10 years experience and a commitment to training and development of his own personal knowledge and his company's, Adam is quite an expert. For the past 15 years he has been actively involved in the cleaning and restoration industry. In 2006 John joined the team at ALLTEC and has now become the first IICRC approved instructor for “carpet repair & reinstallation” in the UK. He is a Senior Technician and one of only a few ‘Specialist Restorers’ within the BDMA, and has lately accepted a post to represent the “independent” operators within the damage management industry working on stronger links with IICRC and NCCA. He serves on the Advisory Council of IICRC UK and is the technical author of the newly published PAS 64 (Publicly Available Specification for Professional Water Damage Mitigation and Initial Restoration of Domestic Dwellings), Code of Practice for the BSI. Chris is also the International representative on the S520 Mould Standard. He has the responsibility for anglicising the IICRC exams as a TAC chair working with the other instructors on the Advisory council.
